How long until my item ships?

Items ships within 1 business day. 

How long does delivery usually take?

Please see grey bar at the top of every page that says "SHIPPING UPDATE READ MORE". Click on the "READ MORE" and it will take you to our shipping policy that will have a link to a map that will show what your expected delivery time is depending on what zone you are in.

I never received my order. What do I do now?

Can I order samples before I make an order?

We have smaller packages available at Amazon if you would like to get an idea of what our bottles and caps are like. Search "Upper Midland Products".

Do you sell labels ?

We are sorry but at this time we do not sell or offer standard or customized labels.

I don’t need 200 bottles. Do you have smaller packs?

Our minimum order is 200 bottles except for the 64 oz HDPE bottle which is a 100 bottle minimum.

Can I get a volume discount for a substantially larger order?

All orders of 2,000 bottles and higher are eligible for a volume discount. Please call us at 732 769 6399 or email us at jack@plasticjuicebottle.com 

What is your return policy?

30 day return policy if you return your order and the bottles are unused and in brand new condition. There is a $50.00 restocking fee.Shipping the bottles back to us is at the customer's expense.
